After being sick for nearly a week and unable to get much done this last week I have gotten the bookshelves assembled. THANK GOODNESS!! I do need to get the backing on one of the sets and then they will be ready to set on their base, attach to the wall and get the final trim work done on it.
I can at least be thankful to getting something done. I look forward to being able to truly be done with it.
I do have a bit of a challenge ahead of me though. Some of the boards were pretty warped and I decided to use them anyway. Now I get the added challenge of trying to straighten them out with supporting boards. Okay, I am rambling. I am tired and all I can say is there is a lot more work to be done. At least I am moving forward.
